Company Overview

Taruga Gold Limited is a mineral exploration company that was incorporated on 21 October 2011 to acquire and develop highly prospective exploration projects located in West Africa.

Taruga’s objective is to provide a return to shareholders through successful exploration and the delineation of gold resources on the mineral licenses covering +4,000km2 in Mali, Cote d’Ivoire and Niger.

Through successful exploration, Taruga is targeting the delineation of new mineral resources with the ultimate objective to exploit economic gold resources through downstream mine development.

Resolute Joint Venture (Cote d’Ivoire)

Taruga announced a Joint Venture with Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute) on 26th February 2015. The Joint Venture covered three exploration permits in Cote d’Ivoire (two granted and one application) with the terms of the agreement allowing Resolute to earn a 75% interest in the three concessions through committed expenditure of US$3m over four years
