Company Overview

Taruga Gold Limited (Taruga or the Company) is a mineral exploration company that was incorporated on 21 October 2011 to hold, or have the right to acquire, four highly prospective exploration projects located in West Africa.

The objective of the Company is to provide a return to shareholders through successful exploration and the delineation of gold resources on the mineral licenses in Niger, Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire.

The Company is targeting, subject to successful exploration, the delineation of new mineral resources and the Company’s ultimate objective is to exploit economic gold resources through downstream mine development.
